Harvey who's eight, fell ill whilst at home and had to be taken to the East Surrey Hospital in Redhill by Katie's Mum and Nanny. Severely autistic Harvey who suffers from septo optic dysplasia which means he is partially sighted, could develop complications from the illness, which is especially dangerous for children.

Last night he was said to be very poorly.

Let's hope Harvey makes a speedy recovery.

Hayfever nasal spray...

Are you one of the many hayfever sufferers?

If you have an itchy nose or running nose you may have hayfever. I've already started with it, my nose is either itchy, running or blocked especially at night. Help is at hand. I get a prescription from the doctors for Beconase nasal spray, this helps take down inflammation and stops the itching. But a prescription costs £7.10.

However I'm going to try Boots Nasal Spray when I've run out.

Boots Nasal Spray is a decongestant formulated to give fast relief from stuffy and runny noses due to head colds and hayfever.

Was £2.29 Now £1.95

Contains active ingredients: Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride
Suitable For: adults and children over 6 years.

Laser hair removal...

hair

A friend of mine told me that 2 years ago she had laser hair removal on her legs. My friend has tried everything from shaving, waxing, epilation and was so fed up of the prickly hairs and in-grown hairs that she decided to have laser treatment. The treatment was a course of six. The first being the most painful as there are so many hairs but the other treatments became less painful. My friend remembers the smell of the hairs when they'd been lasered and the popping sound when the laser had located a hair follicle. The 6 treatments cost only £1100. and was done at a fairly local clinic.

With deals available now because of the credit crunch you can get this laser treatment from around £600.

I felt her legs and they were smooth and hair free apart from 1 hair on her calf. So it's a treatment that has definitely worked for her. It's something I would give a go to to be hair free.

You can have the following laser treatment on:
Eyebrows, nose, earlobes, fingers, nipples; navel pubis line, upper lip, chin, cheekbones, hands, underarms, jawline, Lower legs, thighs, feet and toes, sideburns, neck, shoulder blades, bikini line Brazilian (or any bikini line other than 'standard'.)
Beard (male); chest; buttocks; lower back/half back.
